Job Title: Recruitment Assistant

Hours: Full time – 37.5 Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
Pay rate: £12.25 per hour
NHS Professionals have exciting opportunities for a Recruitment Assistant. To deliver an efficient and effective recruitment service for medical and non-medical staff across the Trust in line with the recruitment KPI’s.
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1. Ensure recruiting managers are aware of the full recruitment process and provide coaching and support to them on the use of TRAC and the e-VCF system.
2. Ensure that advert order forms are complete and the appropriate information and documentation has been received before the role is advertised via all appropriate media including TRAC Jobs and NHS Jobs where appropriate.
3. Input vacancy information into the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and create ESRrecruitment activity records to ensure vacancies upload to TRAC Jobs and the NHS Jobs website, ensuring accuracy of data at all times and all fields are completed within TRAC
4. Ensure screen prints are taken of adverts on both TRAC Jobs and NHS Jobs for roles that may require work permits, predominately band 5 and above and saved on the HDrive.
5.. Complete housekeeping on TRAC before midday to ensure all roles are shortlisted in line with the KPI’s and managers are informed. Where candidates have applied via NHS Jobs all applications must be moved over prior to the vacancy being moved through to Shortlisting. Regret emails must be sent out

Administration experience in a customer-facing role Use of Databases

The John Radcliffe Hospital (JR) is Oxfordshire's main accident and emergency site. The JR provides acute medical and surgical services including trauma, intensive care and cardiothoracic services. It is situated in Headington, about three miles east of Oxford city centre. It is the largest of the Trust's hospitals, covering around 66 acres.
The John Radcliffe site also houses many departments of Oxford University Medical School, is home to the George Pickering Education Centre and base for most medical students who are trained throughout the Trust.
Oxford is a fun and vibrant city to both live and work in, opportunities for research and there are robotics within the Pharmacy lab.
