Temporary Recruitment Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an exciting role working in Nottingham, NG8. The post holder will support the Recruitment Team to assure the Trust that all pre-employment checks are completed in accordance to legislation and ensure a delivery in all outgoing adverts including job details, correspondence letters and anything else that maybe required.
The post holder will provide assistance in the planning and development of processes in order to assure effective delivery, monitoring and evaluation of all recruitment requirements. Responsibilities include the coordination and administration of new applicants, jobs, corporate induction links and filing to support the Recruitment Team in any administration duties.
The post holder will support the team to action and chase pre-employment checks when required using the recruitment system, including ID check appointments for applicants. The post holder will also be responsible for monitoring the set setting up of new starters onto the system and monitoring of recruitment enquiries and correspondence via phone and email.
Communication and Relationship Skills
The post holder will provide and receive routine, information requiring tact or persuasion. The post holder will communicate any issues to the Recruitment Team and Manager regarding the filing of personal information and any outgoing correspondence including new job details, and letter correspondence. The post holder will handle queries from applicants regarding job information and any other ad hoc queries that will be received via telephone or email.
Knowledge, Training and Experience
The post holder will assist in the analysis, collection and tracking of personal records to ensure records are accurate and up to date. The postholder will work alongside the recruitment team and update the recruitment system to ensure new jobs are posted to relevant parties. Provide advice and guidance to the Recruitment Team and the HR Staff should a personal record need to be displayed. The post holder must display competence by ensuring all records are filed within the correct dates and guidelines and to ensure the filing system is user friendly and well organised.
This role will be working Monday – Friday with core office hours
£10.42per hour
