Role: Recruitment Administrator
Salary: £25k - 35k
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid role - 2 days working from home 3 days based in the Enderby Office.
Duration: Temporary 4 weeks - Potential to go permanent.
We are recruiting for a multinational retailer located in LE19 Enderby. We are looking for an experienced Administrator or Recruitment Administrator to come on board and join the already established busy Recruitment team.
This role is initially a temporary 4 week contract however it does have the potential to go permanent.
What you can expect day to day:
Managing incoming calls
Screening applications
Communicating with successful and unsuccessful candidates
Managing expectations of candidates / Hiring managers
Writing and Advertising job roles on the various job boards.
No 2 days are the same in this role and this role requires a great amount of multitasking - if this role sounds like something you are interested in as an experienced Administrator wanting to get your foot in the door in the world of Recruitment or if you are already an experienced Recruitment Administrator then this just may be the role for you.
