Recruitment Administrator
Were seeking a motivated, hard-working individual to join our recruitment team, to help deliver a robust recruitment pipeline of support workers, nurses and specialist healthcare professionals into our care homes and hospitals.
The will be achieved by the delivery of an efficient, detail and people orientated pre-employment process specifically for candidates joining us internationally.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage a case load of successful candidates and undertake their pre-employment checks in accordance with the company's criteria
- Apply for and allocate Certificates of Sponsorship
- Manage relationships with international agencies
- Work with hiring managers and candidates to secure interview availability
- Respond to queries in a timely manner
- Database management and administration
- Certification of right to work documentation
- Further ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement projects
About you:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent telephone manor, happy to pick up the phone.
- Strong understanding of MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Well organised and methodical in your work
- Experience working within an office environment (Recruitment is desirable)
