We are living a mindset based on agility, digitalisation and candidate focus which we believe are pivotal to our recruiting success. As a flexible and dynamic recruiting coordinator you will play a crucial role in our global recruiting processes ensuring pleasant candidate journeys at all times.

This position is a temporary maternity cover taking over the following responsibilities.

• Create & review internal and external job advertisements and manage publication of job ads
• Coordinate & ensure excellent candidate journeys by maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process
• Bridging the correspondence with candidates and hiring managers and ensure smooth interview scheduling
• Carrying out administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties in day-to-day recruiting business
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in application tracking system
• Supporting the wider Global Recruiting team on market research and projects

Your powerful skills

• Prior experience in a coordinative or administrative role in a fast-paced environment, ideally in an HR-related field
• You would describe yourself as an organizational talent with great attention to detail and the ability to time manage and prioritise
• Strong level of self-drive and ‘can do’ attitude as well as ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in various Windows programmes, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Advantageous, but not a must

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
