Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Do you have a passion for Talent Acquisition, and are you seeking a new job in Peterborough? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and the hybrid role comes with an umbrella contract rate of £19.50/hr (Inside IR35).
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will coordinate with managers, internal team members and outside vendors to ensure the successful execution of recruitment processes. You will assist the Talent Acquisition team in the maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records, ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits. Although the role is, at its core, an administrative position, you will also organise many assessment/career days and be part of a fast paced, dynamic team.
During your first few weeks in this Talent Acquisition Coordinator role, you can expect to:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in the maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits
- Create and distribute employment-related correspondence, including interview scheduling, applications, forms, offer letters, travel reimbursement and orientation materials
- Initiate and monitor background screening and medical processes
