Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Recruiter to join our team working remotely; you will be based within your home location, although at times will be expected to provide support in line with business needs at our other venues and London stadia sites, including Wembley Stadium, London Stadium and Emirates.

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with operational leaders to understand required roles, gaps and other requirements within the business, the key tasks to be delivered, work a ‘live’ workforce management plan, and agree how candidates will be selected.
- In line with our EVP (Employer Value Proposition), review these pillars and how they resonate with each job role; engage with candidates to explain the company culture and what it is truly like to work at Delaware North. Form authentic relationships and positively shape candidates’ perception and opinion of Delaware North at their first interaction with you.
- Adhere to protocols, guidelines, and regulations for Right to Work, data protection, and data retention.
- Ensure successful candidates have a seamless transition to onboarding and feel prepared by their start date.
- Education of A ‘Levels or a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience is required.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Possess great organisational skills and a heightened focus on attention to detail.
- Proven experience in an administrative position, including competence in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, ExCeL and Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to develop interpersonal relationships with employees at all company levels.
- Diligent and trustworthy with a dynamic personality, pro-active attitude, highly motivated, and have a strong service orientation and customer focus.
- Previous sector experience, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills is preferred.
