Recruiter & HR coordinator


Full time permanent contract
(35 hours Monday to Friday) / Full time telecommuting / Full remote

Remuneration : 30 000 to 36 000 £GB / year

  • Medical insurance

  • 28 days of holiday + 8 holidays per year

  • Payroll paid twice a month (50% mid-month, 50% end of month)

In this context of strong growth, we created the position of Recruiter & HR coordinator to reinforce the HR/recruitment team in France.

He/she defines the HR team and implements the recruitment and human resources management processes determined in the HR strategy for the group and its subsidiaries.

He/she participates in the integration, follow-up and retention of the company's human resources.

He/she ensures the compliance of human resources practices in each country (except France).


Main missions

  • Owning of the full cycle hiring process (UK US LATAM France) (from publication to offer) 70%
    • In collaboration with the recruitment manager:
      • Participate in the Kick-off (job brief, job description, skills repository)

      • Create and distribute job offers

      • Process applications, manage the recruitment process on the ATS

      • Carry out qualification interviews and accompany candidates throughout the recruitment process

      • Participate in the creation of scorecards and other evaluation methods

      • Sourcing complex profiles on social networks, specialized platforms, google... and developing innovative approaches and processes

      • Participate in the development of the employer brand

  • Human Resources Management: 30%
    • In collaboration with the HR Manager and the CFO
      • Manage the Onboarding of all employees hired internationally 20%
        • Create employee files in internal databases

        • Organize the onboarding process of new employees on Notion and follow up on the scheduled interviews. Order material for new employees)

        • Translate and update welcome booklets for each country

        • Translate HR documents and adapt them to the legal framework of each country

        • Manage the drafting of the employment contract (in relation with the lawyers)

        • Manage insurance contracts and relations with external organizations

        • Monitor the trial period (legal deadlines and reporting)

        • Participate in the creation of internal training videos for new employees

      • Daily management of international employees (about ten) 10%
        • Answer to the various questions of the employees

        • Manage the Eurecia schedules: leave requests, various absences...

        • Carry out an HR legal watch of the countries in which the employees are employed

        • Transmit variable payroll elements to the CFO: leave, expense reports and others ....

Our team recruits penurious and tech profiles.

It is important to know how to detect and attract profiles outside of the usual and classic media.

Today, our challenge is to double our workforce very quickly, with over 30 positions to be filled by 2023.

Planned onboarding

  • Week 1 : Welcome and training by Adeline on the recruitment part and Melanie on the HR part, presentation of processes and tools, projects)

  • Week 2 : Meet the different teams

  • First month : Familiarize yourself with the projects, processes and tools. Launch of the UK recruitment

  • 2nd month : Manage the recruitment process

  • 3rd month : Manage the Onboarding of new employees

  • 1st quarter : Recruitment of UK profiles and daily HR management

During the first months, there will be mainly recruitment with some HR management, then according to the recruitments and the activity and needs of the department, the tasks may be more HR.
