Recruitment Administrator
Peterborough (Hybrid, 2 days per week working from home after the initial training fully onsite)
12month contract, very likely to be ongoing for the right person!
Up to 15.60p/h PAYE (Umbrella rates also available)

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition team by coordinating with managers and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of our recruitment processes. Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will be put to good use as you assist in maintaining pre-hire employee personnel files and accurately tracking applicant data for audits.
Daily responsibilities:
· Maintain pre-hire employee personnel files and ensure they are up to date and accurate
· Record and track applicant data meticulously for smooth audits and reporting
· Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and career days efficiently
· Handle the logistics of application forms, offer letters, and travel reimbursement processes
· Support screening processes to identify top talents
· Assist in organizing assessments and career events for potential candidates
· Be an invaluable support to our talent acquisition team, ensuring seamless recruitment operations
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualities:
· Exceptionally well-organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Driven, motivated, and enthusiastic about contributing to our team's success
· Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams for efficient communication and data management
· Strong administrative skills to handle various recruitment-related tasks
· Excellent communication skills
