Job Summary:
Travel Required
The Field Recruiter plays a key role in finding, screening, and selecting high-quality sales and management
candidates to work for all Regency Management Services brands. The Field Recruiter will build networks to attract
candidates and build a strong community presence. The Field Recruiter is self-motivated and passionate about
creatively identifying and engaging top talent for Regency Management Services.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a consistent and active presence within the community and throughout competitive markets in
order to attract and recruit top talent.
Actively in-person recruit and source team members via all available channels and contacts to fill open
positions. This position is 80% travel by own vehicle.
Build partnerships to develop a keen understanding of each assigned stores, competitors, and unique staffing
needs to recruit and sources sales and management candidates.
Generate pools of pre-qualified, available, and interested applicants
In person interview of candidates to assess candidate competencies and qualifications
Travel 80% of the time required via personal automobile. 20% Administrative in office 1 day/week. Travel
to all locations throughout east coast region.to include but not limited to: Maryland, Virginia, Delaware,
Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
Requirement:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment; full cycle recruiting, and outside
sourcing experience is a must
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Valid Driver’s License and car Insurance and ability to commute to/from all retail markets sourcing potential
candidates.
Highly proficient with Technology (web and mobile applications)
Requirement continued:
Passion to provide excellent customer service and provide applications with a positive experience during
every stage of the hiring process
Experience managing a requisition load of at least 50+ positions, preferably 70+ positions at one time
Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Human Resources experience a plus but must have solid fast paced field recruiting. Prefer Retail.
