We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and team focused individual to join our People team for two days a week over a 3-month period to assist with the hiring of Team Members for our stores.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist with the sourcing, screening and selection of the best talent for our stores.
  • Update and manage Team Member job descriptions
  • Conduct screening interviews and setting up trial shifts
  • Coordinate pre-boarding of new hires (Right to Work checks, contracts, starter forms, etc)
  • Create and nurture candidate talent pool for our stores
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics
  • Meet set KPI’s working in conjunction with HR manager

What we are looking for:

  • Basic experience in a recruitment role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to plan and prioritise own workload as well as manage conflicting deadlines
  • Passion for HR activities and the Food Tech sector
  • Results driven
  • People skills and conflict management
  • Proactive and positive attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
