We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and team focused individual to join our People team for two days a week over a 3-month period to assist with the hiring of Team Members for our stores.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with the sourcing, screening and selection of the best talent for our stores.
- Update and manage Team Member job descriptions
- Conduct screening interviews and setting up trial shifts
- Coordinate pre-boarding of new hires (Right to Work checks, contracts, starter forms, etc)
- Create and nurture candidate talent pool for our stores
- Track and report on recruitment metrics
- Meet set KPI’s working in conjunction with HR manager
What we are looking for:
- Basic experience in a recruitment role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to plan and prioritise own workload as well as manage conflicting deadlines
- Passion for HR activities and the Food Tech sector
- Results driven
- People skills and conflict management
- Proactive and positive attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Determined and ambitious
- Great communicator
