My client is a luxury interiors manufacturer known across the globe. They are seeking an Internal Recruiter to assist in their recruitment processes in the UK.
Role Purpose
To provide an effective service to the subsidiaries and the operations team in all aspects of recruitment through delivery of service whilst adhering to company policy. You will be part of the HR team, working as the recruitment specialist, demonstrating excellent understanding of all of our recruitment processes, supporting the internal changes to ensure a standardised approach to all UK based recruitment needs.
Main functions of the role include:
- Working in partnership with senior managers to understand all vacancy requirements across their regions
- Coordinating the whole recruitment process; including completion of job specifications, advertising, collating CVs, interview and selection and administering all pre-employment checks
- Acting as a first point of contact for all candidates recruitment queries
- Supporting all aspects of end-to-end recruitment, including (but not exclusive to): posting vacancies; managing all close dates; screening applicants; arranging interviews; collating and providing feedback for all candidates; processing external offers of employment in conjunction with the HR “on-boarding” process
- Conducting searches via job-boards, incoming applications etc.
- Ensure that all applicants are screened in a timely manner and that the best-possible candidates are put forward for interview
- Following the recruitment procedures to ensure adherence to policy
- Providing telephone support, as well as dealing with general queries
- Becoming an 'expert’ in relevant fields, for example proof of right to work etc.
- Managing external relationships and partnerships
In addition, you will be required to support the HR team with basic administration duties during seasonal busier periods. Tasks would include but not be limited to:
- Assisting where appropriate on HR meetings at required site
- Taking and typing up minutes at relevant HR related meetings
- Assisting with the communication of changes to policy and procedure
- Assisting with the staff induction process
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 2 years’ experience within recruitment, gained either from an agency or in-house role. You will be highly competent in using job boards, shortlisting and screening candidates (CVs, telephone screening, face to face, and video links).

Salary: £17,267.86-£24,000.00 per year
