Responsibilities
Manage a team of Patient Recruitment Leads/Specialists. Size of team could vary from 10-15 direct reports
Define and prioritize resource requirements and manage resource assignments across
- projects Directly responsible for utilization of staff.
- Accountable for robust role specific Training and Development is in place for the team. Ensure that staff is trained and compliant with current operating procedures and work instructions and project scope of work.
- Regularly set goals, evaluates and documents performance during regular one to one meeting
- Mentor staff members to develop Data Management process, system, and drug development expertise.
- Accountable for team performance and compliance (Timesheet completions, Work Flow Management Tool updates, E-learning completion )
- Actively contribute to recruitment of new staff
- Provide expert review and guidance for processes, deliverables, ensuring that all SOPs and Work Instructions are updated.
- Conducts regular Stage Gate Project reviews
- Acts as Project Finance Oversight on assigned projects
- Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and technology.
- First point of contact for any Performance related Escalations
- Provide advice and solutions with internal and external customers to solve problems and improve efficiency.
- Attend customer meetings and lead discussions of project requirements
- Understand scope of work, budget, and scope assumptions,
- Ensure project milestones are met according to agree upon timelines.
