Position Title: Recruiter
Location: Remote, North America
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. In addition you will play a key role in our early career recruitment initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes
Job Overview and key duties (agile):
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their early careers recruitment needs and align with our organizational goals
- Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for entry-level and internship positions
- Manage and nurture relationships with universities, career centers, and other relevant organizations to build a strong talent pipeline
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in early careers recruitment
Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks - Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the position - Manage the overall interview and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Streamline and improve recruitment operations by implementing best practices and leveraging technology
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and industry developments to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Essential experience and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience working as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on early career recruitment a plus - Familiarity with recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
