Holden Knight Healthcare, a leading healthcare recruitment firm, is launching a Social Worker Recruitment division. We are seeking a talented and compassionate Social Worker Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Reading, Green Park. As a Social Worker Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting social workers for permanent positions and overseeing our social worker agency.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or a background in the social work industry
- In-depth knowledge of social work roles and responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with empathy and understanding
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with skilled social workers for permanent job opportunities
- Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to match candidates with suitable roles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with social work professionals and agencies
- Collaborate with colleagues to grow and scale the social worker recruitment division
