WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions at the facility including Administrative, Dietary, Environmental Services, IT, Maintenance, and Nursing: RN, LPN and CNA
- Recruiter will source and screen applicants by reviewing resumes and job applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manages onboarding, new hire process and assists in facilitating New Hire orientation.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and position requirements.
- Meets routinely with departmental managers and attends weekly staffing meeting to discuss open positions, pipeline and upcoming job fairs.
- Closely follows new hire after orientation to address concerns and questions throughout their three-month probationary period and refers issues and concerns to the Director or designee.
- Create and maintain all job postings on company website, job boards, and social media accounts. Creates flyers to advertise Fair Acres positions, job fairs, and training programs to post around facility and send to colleges.
- Attends and participates in job fairs and appropriate community events as well as host job fairs.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and technical schools.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Conducts surveys and generates reports as needed.
- Conducts exit interviews
Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ experience in recruitment, nurse requirement a plus
- Previous health care experience preferred.
- Good understanding of full recruitment process and understanding of Human Resource functions
- Working knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Must be Delaware County Resident
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Residency Requirement: The County of Delaware has a residency requirement for employees. Anyone applying for this job must reside in Delaware County or be willing to move to the County within six (6) months of starting employment.
