Recovery Support Worker

We are recruiting for Recovery Support Worker’s in Swindon.
This is an ongoing role working with clients who are subject to substance problems using drugs and alcohol.
The role involves assisting clients to achieve personal goals, reviewing care plans and recovery programs, assessing their needs on a weekly basis, liaising with external agencies and services to provide information, advice, support and treatment where necessary in relation to physical and mental health, substance misuse, education, employment and training, life skills and any other identified support needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for workers who have experience and understanding of working within a similar field.
You will have a proven track record and knowledge of mental health interventions, working with clients who have substance misuse problems, dealing with external services including criminal justice agencies and community groups, housing services.
