RECEPTIONIST – 15 HPW (TERM TIME ONLY – Days By Negotiation)
NJC Scale 12 £24,496 p.a. pro rata

We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced School Receptionist who will be able to provide first class front of house support in a busy school environment. Working as part of the main office team, the successful applicant will deal with all incoming enquiries in person and via telephone/email. They will also provide administrative and clerical support.
We are seeking a colleague who is a team worker; committed to delivering an outstanding education for our students with first class communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience in a customer service role and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software packages. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential whilst experience of working in an educational environment is highly desirable. You should enjoy working in a busy team environment and be a very flexible worker. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to this role.
