Our Client is seeking a Receptionist to join the Front OfficeTeam.

Situated at one of the capital’s most prestigious addresses- where Her Royal Highness, Queen Elizabeth II once used to reside, our client reinvents traditional luxury to present modern and flexible sophistication in the heart of Mayfair. Inspired by its location overlooking the Royal Parks, our client delivers elegant natural interiors and award-wining seasonal cuisine.

Our Receptionists are:

  • Passionate about delivering great service and be guest focused
  • Have previous experience in Receptionist, Guest Relations, Concierge preferably in a 4/5* hotel
  • Experienced in handling guests queries and complaints
  • Experience using Opera PMS is a huge advantage
  • Are willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team

  • £26,208.00 salary (£12.60 per hour) plus monthly bonus plan and great perks!
  • 28 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, and this increases up to a maximum of 33 days (pro rata)
