A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTIONIST AT THE PRINCIPAL YORK

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

Welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact
Logging issues or requests
Answering the phones to prospective cutomres and guests
Completing admin tasks
Completing concierge services
Preparing room bills and taking payments
