A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTIONIST AT THE PRINCIPAL YORK
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact
- Logging issues or requests
- Answering the phones to prospective cutomres and guests
- Completing admin tasks
- Completing concierge services
- Preparing room bills and taking payments
