Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to join our team at "The Vantage" Student Accommodation in Nottingham. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle a diverse range of customers.
The job role involves greeting customers as they arrive, taking payments and managing rent, providing information about the accommodation, answering questions, and responding to enquiries via telephone and email. The hours of work are Part- time, 4pm-8pm, and the salary is £11000 per annum.
We require the successful candidate to have good communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of accommodation management systems is also desirable.
