We're looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our front of house team at Sky Garden.
Sitting at the top of the iconic 20 Fenchurch Street a.k.a the 'Walkie Talkie' building, Sky Garden houses 2 restaurants, 2 bars and stunning event spaces.
As the first port of call for up to 6,000 guests per day, as a Receptionist you'll be ensuring everybody receives a warm welcome and any other assistance with their onward journey.
Obviously, you'll need to have a charming and engaging personality, be proficient with reservations systems like OpenTable and ResDiary and have a proactive approach to dealing with challenges as they arise.
The ideal Receptionist will need to have worked in a similar, high volume restaurant environment - whilst it's a lovely team and location, this role is not for everyone.
We do have an excellent track record of developing and promoting from within – career development is readily available for those who seek it.
