Job description
We’re looking for a receptionist to join our site at Sherburn, Malton. This will be on a temporary basis for 12 weeks.

Acting on behalf of our clients, our project portfolio includes varied sports stadia, innovative bridges, national infrastructure, as well as shaping city skylines across the UK and further afield.
In this role you will be expected to provide an excellent front of house service, meeting and greeting visitors whilst ensuring that all enquires coming through the switchboard are dealt with in a polite and timely manner.
Additionally, you will be expected to carry out other ad hoc duties such as administrative tasks to support the wider business, sorting and franking post, and preparing PPE for visitors to site.
To be successful in this role you’ll ideally need to have experience of operating a busy switchboard and have excellent communication as you’ll be passing calls through to all parts of the business. You’ll also need to have excellent administration skills and be up to speed with the basic Microsoft package, as you’ll be managing incoming emails and booking meeting rooms.
The hours of work will be 08:15 - 16:40 Monday - Thursday with 40 minutes unpaid break. 08:15 - 13:15 Friday with no break.
