Part time Receptionist/Secretary required for a legal practice.
Part-time hours: 19.5 hours per week, flexible working over four days
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls, transferring to the relevant person/team
- Maintain reception area and meeting rooms ensuring they are clean and tidy ready for use
- Digital dictation/audio typing of letters
- Managing files, both paper and electronic
- Various other admin tasks including photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving
Skills required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Polite and discreet manner
- Typing and IT skills
- Enthusiasm and positive attitude
