Job description

Part time Receptionist/Secretary required for a legal practice.

Part-time hours: 19.5 hours per week, flexible working over four days

Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming calls, transferring to the relevant person/team
  • Maintain reception area and meeting rooms ensuring they are clean and tidy ready for use
  • Digital dictation/audio typing of letters
  • Managing files, both paper and electronic
  • Various other admin tasks including photocopying, scanning, filing and archiving

Skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Polite and discreet manner
  • Typing and IT skills
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude
