Receptionist- Part Time - Required at Link House Nursing Home in Raynes Park, London SW20, Part of the Country Court Family
Hours: Average of 26.25 Hours per week (Times 0900-1700, working over 7 days -1st Week 4 days & 2nd Week 3 Days)
Located in a peaceful place in Raynes Park, South West London is Link House Nursing Home, which offers nursing, residential and dementia care. Our dedicated team led by the Manager ensure that each person is looked after in a safe and supportive environment
ABOUT THE RECEPTIONIST ROLE
Our Receptionists are key in providing our colleagues with support in a multitude of areas including filing, maintaining personal records for both staff and Residents, answering the telephone, greeting new visitors to the Home, providing diary management assistance, clerical support and working with our Activities team.
You will need to have acute attention to detail, excellent customer service & communication skills, be a real team player, adaptable, have excellent computer skills and knowledge, be positive and have the ability to build relationships easily with people from all walks of life.
ABOUT YOU
As the receptionist you will be the first person everyone meets in our luxury care home, so we are looking for someone with fantastic customer service and a warm, welcoming personality!
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administration support
- Experience in providing face to face customer service
- Ability to meet deadlines as required & prioritise work
- Good general IT Skills using email, word, excel and the internet
- Ability to warmly and professionally communicate both verbally and in writing
