Must be available to work weekends
We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join the team at Bath and Racquets Club, an exclusive private members club which is part of The Birley Group.
The Bath and Racquets gym is a quiet haven for its esteemed members, where they can benefit from one-on-one personal training, play squash with our professional coaches, relax in the steam room after a massage or even have a haircut in the vintage barbershop.
As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact upon guest arrival and therefore will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our members and their guests. The successful candidate will be confident in handling enquiries as well as instinctively recognize the needs of our members. This role has flexibility to be a part-time or full time role.
We are ideally looking for a Receptionist who:
Has a genuine passion for creating an excellent customer experience
Has the ability to multi task and effectively react to changing member needs
Has a natural presence and confidently interact with members both face to face and on the telephone
Is immaculately presented and possess an excellent command of the English language
Has a keen interest in the theatre, arts and current affairs is desirable
