TITLE: Receptionist / Office Administrator
Employment type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £10.50 - £11p/h
ROLE SUMMARY:
We are searching for an ambitious, motivated administrator to join our friendly office staff team. We need someone who can multi-task, is confident in speaking to customers, and is interested in representing a dynamic and innovative company. Training on our policies and systems will be given alongside opportunities for further growth and a professional environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To learn the procedure of receiving orders, processing orders, optimizing orders, and creating order files for the factory.
· To receive and send emails to customers and other professional agencies to support the running of the business.
· To make and receive telephone calls in a professional manner that represents our business values.
· To work alongside the Transport Operative to organise delivery schedules to maximise proficiency but also meet our client needs.
· To adhere to all our policies and procedures, including confidentiality and health and safety protocols.
· To undertake additional tasks where appropriate within business needs.
· To be confident and motivated to join a growing team with potential for progression and training.
· To be able to multi-task and problem-solve effectively.
· To be an excellent communicator.
· To be competent in reporting any issues to the Operations Manager and work alongside them to resolve any issues.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Skills in ICT, TYPING, and OFFICE. (Office experience desirable.)
