Job description
We are looking to recruit a receptionist/Office Administrator to become part of the team at our Manufacturing facility in Willand.
The role will include but not limited to -
- Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests.
- Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
- Handling bookkeeping, budgeting and billing cycles for the business.
- Organising meetings and scheduling appointments.
- Booking transport and creating dispatch notes and relevant paperwork.
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
- Raising invoices and credit notes through sage.
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
- Customer communication and order inputting.
Sage Experience is preferable and some accountancy experience would be advantageous.
You will need to be:
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and enthusiasm.
· Work effectively and professionally with staff of all levels.
The role is Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - 9am to 5pm.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
Salary: £10.70 per hour
