If so, you will be the perfect fit for our role as a receptionist at McLaren London, our flagship McLaren retailer located at One Hyde Park in prestigious Knightsbridge.

McLaren London are committed to providing our customers with a premium level of service, –within this role you often be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical part in making sure we meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers and brand fans, from the point of initial enquiry – whether that be over the phone, online or across social media – to maintaining the post-sale relationship.

A bit about the role:
- Ensure that all visitors are greeted professionally and receive instant attention and a warm welcome
- Offer first class customer service and understanding the customers’ requirements
- Ensure all customer facing areas are clean, neat, and tidy always adhering to the agreed Housekeeping Standards
- Sales of merchandise, accessories and clothing
- Always maintain a high degree of customer service
- Ensure all customers and prospects are aware of the full range of services provided by the business to maximise service and parts business
- Ensure point of sale literature is always available
We're looking for someone who:
- Has outstanding communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Has good attention to detail and ability to work in a busy environment
- Is self-motivated and with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Is committed to always delivering a high level of customer service
