The Opportunity
We are looking for Reception Team Members to join the to be part of our distinguished front office/reception and concierge team at the Marine Troon to deliver an outstanding welcome and experience to our guests. Reporting into the Rooms Division Manager you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests by focusing on empathic service in accordance with marine and lawn standards
- Be Imaginative in your approach to sharing local knowledge and expertise for our guess
- Maintaining positive working relationships across all functions within the hotel
- Actively promote hotel facilities and participate in Front Desk Upsell programme
- Keeping front office area clean and organised
- Deliver seamless service by taking ownership of all guest affairs and queries. This includes check-ins, check-outs, requests coming in through telephone, email and text message, billings, etc.
What are we looking for?
- Positive attitude and someone who makes our guests smile.
- Genuinely friendly and caring.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Good communication and immaculate presentation
- Expert level attention to detail
- Proficient in IT
- High resilience and adaptability
- Hotel or Customer facing experience advantageous.
- Previous experience of Opera would be beneficial.
