We have A fantastic opportunities to join our team of DayMakers as a part-time Community Host for one of our amazing fashion clients based in Watford. You will be walking the walk and talking that talk!

What does being a DayMaker Host look like?
- Monitoring and action incoming emails and queries ensuring any requests such as meeting room, events, client requests are solved within timely manner, and no bookings overlap.
- Book and Coordinate Meeting rooms and events; conduct room setups, ensuring all setups are to a correct standard. This will consist of Manual Handling.
- Using computer software applications including Microsoft office, outlook, excel and other office technology.
- Ensure office floor walks are carried out. Communicate to your team to ensure any issues are dealt with efficiently.
- Ensuring that Every person that enter the building, leaves feeling that they were assisted throughout their journey within the building, and received a warm welcome and farewell.
- Giving a ridiculously amazing service to employees and guests by being you!
- Be Health & Safety conscious at all times
- Connect with all employees & guests, offering that personal experience and aiming to be the maker of their day
- Be a point of contact and welcome new members into the community
- Ensure any form of guest registration takes place
- Maintain a professional way at all times, including a high level of presentation
- Help to resolve unexpected issues that could affect the member experience
- No two days are the same as you will be a host, entertainer, supporter and planner whilst still offering a personable service at all times.

- We need you to have outstanding communication skills – written and spoken
- Ability to offer an amazing customer service
- Flair for visual communications
- Attention to detail
- Meticulous and methodical way of working
- Positive can-do attitude
- High level of administration skills - Knowledge and experience using Microsoft office to video platforms (eg: zoom or MS teams)
- Being a little bit technical will defiantly be a bonus
- Ability to multi-task and stay organised
- Ability to lift heavy objects – room set ups can be demanding
- Ability to work under pressure - Stay calm in pressurised and demanding situations, Respond well and with flexibly to changing circumstances, Recognise when unable to cope and ask for help
- Exposure to customers where you have focused on a positive experience is desirable
- Working relationships are key, and you must have the ability to build on them for the best end result - there is no “I” in TEAM
