An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Imaging Directorate for an enthusiastic and efficient individual to join the team as an Imaging Helpdesk/Receptionist on 26 hours permanent contract.
This post offers an excellent opportunity for individuals wishing to gain exposure to a wide range of administration tasks along with customer service skills.
You will support the Imaging services- comprising of X-Ray, CT, MRI , Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasound.
This role is team based and also involves working independently.
We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, hardworking, flexible and have experience of working within a team.
This is a fast paced environment where multi-tasking and attention to detail are essential. Telephone / ICT skills are essential. You will be required to work on a rota which includes a variety of shifts including weekdays and weekends. Flexibility, reliability and commitment is essential.
Welcome patients into the Imaging Department and attend them on the Imaging Computerised system. The patients attending could be for X-Ray, CT, MRI and Ultrasound.
The Receptionist will have administration duties and tasks too complete on a daily basis using a PC to include emails, some knowledge of Microsoft office (WORD).
The Receptionist is responsible for keeping the Reception area clean and tidy.
Liaise with all Modality Team Leaders and staff in the Imaging Department.
