2 Sisters Food Group are recruiting for a professional and personable Receptionist/General Administrator to support our Pizza site in Nottingham with reception, payroll, and HR duties.

About the role:
Reporting into the Senior HR Advisor, this Receptionist/General Administrator role will play a key part in supporting our operations by acting as the main point of contact on reception. Providing an efficient and personable service to colleagues and visitors on site.
The position will also support with general Payroll and HR duties and will form an essential part of supporting the HR function.
Duties of the role will include:
· Answering the reception telephone, professionally screening calls and connecting callers in a timely manner
· Meeting and greeting with all visitors, ensuring a professional service is always given
· Managing the telephone system and photocopiers on site
· Compiling and ordering stationery for the site – ensuring we have full stocks across all sites
· Raising IT requests as and when needed
· Raising purchase orders
· Updating site noticeboards and completing audits to ensure they are maintained, and relevant information is up to date
· Compiling and distributing weekly Senior Team movements sheet
· Providing administration support to the Senior Team and HR and Payroll Department as required
· Ensure Absence Line is managed and listened to daily escalating any concerns to the HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor
· Ensure Absence Log is kept up to date and filled in correctly.
· Updating and maintaining attendance records/inputting holidays on to the system
· Updating and maintaining sickness/absence log
· Cover Payroll Administrator as and when required ensuring payroll is ran on time and correctly
About You:
To succeed in this Receptionist/General Administrator role, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience of working in a similar reception or administration focused role, ideally within a busy environment such as manufacturing.
Payroll related duties will make up a large part of this role therefore you will need to demonstrate experience in a similar position as well as confidence in payroll systems and the wider Microsoft office suite.
Familiarity with HR systems such as absence and sickness management and performance management trackers would also be useful.
