Job description
Duties of the Veterinary Receptionist (Client Care Assistant) include, but are not limited to; Prompt and efficient telephone answering and service, dealing with routine client queries, making appointments, taking payments, cashing up at end of the day, conversing with clients and staff members, taking and relaying messages, light cleaning, sending and responding to emails. Additional admin duties include debt management, insurance claims, pet scheme vouchers etc.
The successful candidate will be able to multitask, remain calm under pressure, in a sometimes very busy environment and prioritise their workload whilst maintaining a friendly and welcoming disposition.
This position is full time and includes two afternoon/evening shifts a week, 13:30 - 19:30
