  • Arranging refreshments
  • Arrange visitor passes
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Switchboard, transferring calls and taking messages
  • Tidy meeting rooms
  • Reporting facilities building helpdesk

  • Good written and spoken English
  • Organisational skills
  • The ability to manage tasks/requests from different sources

Package:

Up to £30k salary
