We are looking for the right person to join our team and take on the challenge of working in a fast paced busy environment. We run a very busy clinic and need someone who enjoys working this way.
You will carry out general administrative duties easily in a confident way that is friendly, efficient, professional and timely. You can complete tasks on a daily basis with a quick turnaround.
You can deal with appointments, telephone enquiries, record and note keeping, filing, postal correspondence, handling payments, financial tasks. You will be used to working on your own as well as part of a team.
You must have an eye for detail and accuracy. It is essential that you are flexible, approachable, well organised, with the skill to prioritise and take appropriate action. You thrive on being busy and completing tasks and can keep calm in a fast-paced environment.
If you have a good attitude and no experience, we still want to hear from you! It’s your willingness to go above and beyond providing a quality service that really sets you apart, including taking on extra responsibilities.
The position is for 12-14hrs and our afternoon sessions start at 1.45 and finish at 7pm. Our morning sessions start at 8.45 and finish at 1pm. We are also open Saturday mornings 9.20-11.40 which is shared biweekly. Flexibility is key and having a second job would not be suitable if you wish to apply for this position, because you would also need to be available for holiday cover and sickness at short notice.
