Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Receptionist, who will be part of a team of three Rapport Ambassadors. They are responsible for looking after the main reception at our client's flagship building just outside Liverpool Street Station.

The team is multicultural, welcoming and friendly. We all get along with each other and we like to celebrate our achievements together. The client has well-being initiatives that we love to participate in: art contests, photography contests, just to name a few. We also organise outings with all building employees, like summer/Christmas drinks and the occasional pub quiz.

The role is 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with with rotational shifts from 07:00 to 19:00

The client organisation develops and operates real estate investments on behalf of their Asset Management company and is one of the largest alternative asset managers in the world.

Main Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting guests and visitors, creating long lasting relationships
  • Liaising with the clients' receptions upon guests' arrival
  • Making sure the reception area and the meeting rooms are kept immaculate.
  • Liaising with the building manager assisting with any request on the day.
  • Working closely with Security and dealing with issues in their absence (passes/contractors etc)
  • Responding to guests’ ad-hoc requests and exceeding guest expectations
  • Handling external and internal calls in a professional manner
  • Setting up meeting rooms, doing inventories and ordering missing stock
