Receptionist
£31,850
London (E1) – Fulltime – 40 hours per week

The Primary focus of the role is to deliver excellent customer service at all times and provide administrative and front-line service to all visitors and staff in our London based client.

To be successful in the role you will need to:
- Provide a high quality of service to staff and guests as a Williams Lea service provider, exceeding their expectations and delivering an appropriate outcome to all queries.
- Deliver a high-quality standard of corporate service including arranging client meetings and events.
- Welcome visitors with a high standard of customer service, signing in guests and issuing access cards with prior authorisation.
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries in a timely manner.
The Experience:
- Experience in a Corporate, delivering exceptional service.
- Confident and with a professional, business-like manner.
- Ability to carry out delegated functions/tasks/projects.
- Ability and willingness to learn In-depth knowledge of the company (the business and employees) to more efficiently, handle calls and visitors.
The Package:
