Job description
We are recruiting for a self-motivated and well-organised individual to join the team at our busy referral practice in Hartford.
This permanent role will include:
- Handling telephone enquiries from clients / referring veterinary practices
- Arranging referrals; including diary management, liaison with clients, clinical record acquisition, detailing the referral process and handling questions.
- Liaising with our clinicians
- Greeting clients at the practice
- Insurance administration
- Processing payments
- Typing of reports and minutes
Previous reception and administration experience is essential. We are looking for a caring and confident individual with good people skills and the ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team.
This is a full-time role based on working 5 x 7.5 hr shifts on a rota between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday plus 1:7 Saturdays 8 am to 3:30 pm (when worked the following Monday is taken off in lieu).
