An exciting opportunity awaits to join the Wheelmania team as a Receptionist. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our head retail store in Sheldon, Birmingham. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations by answering phone calls, serving customers, recording inquiries, contacting customers, performing administrative tasks, handling data entry, and acting as a personal assistant to the directors of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Greeting and assisting customers, providing a positive and welcoming experience at the retail store.
- Recording and organizing customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Contacting customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to provide updates or resolve issues.
- Assisting with a range of administrative tasks to support efficient operations, including document management, filing, and correspondence.
- Conducting data entry and maintaining accurate records or databases.
- Acting as a personal assistant to the directors, assisting with administrative tasks and any other requirements they may have.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability, a willingness to learn, and exceptional work ethics.

- 5 Day Working Week Including Saturdays.
-Living Accomodation Can Be Required.
