Job description
Walters & Company are recruiting for a Receptionist. This role will be office based in a busy Accountancy practice, the role could be either full time or part time (Monday to Friday) for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering telephones
- Preparing emails and letters
- Communicating with clients on various matters
- Opening post and scanning to our computer systems
- Providing secretarial assistance to other staff members
- Greeting clients for meetings
- Maintaining office supply levels (stationery etc.)
Skills required:
- Well organised with good time management skills
- Ability to work proactively alone and as part of a team
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong IT skills including use of Microsoft products
This role will be office based in Great Dunmow
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £11.00 per hour

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
