We are seeking a full time Medical Receptionist for our busy Midtown Ophthalmology practice.
This position requires multi-tasking effortlessly, prioritizing efficiently, handling patient requests and handling all administrative tasks with a positive attitude (to include patient check-in, check-out, receiving payments, and answering telephones).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
- A high level of organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical and administrative staff.
- Ability to work well independently and be detailed-oriented, but also interact well with a team.
- Occasional travel to other locations
Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Medical office: 2 years (Preferred)
Languages:
- Mandarin/English and/or Cantonese/English (Preferred)
