VETERINARY RECEPTIONISTS REQUIRED
VETS4PETS NORWICH
We are looking for 2 Part time Receptionists who are positive, enthusiastic and passionate to come and join our wonderful team of vets, nurses and support staff.
We are one of three Vets4Pets practices in Norwich and we are individually owned and run.
Norwich is a lovely city to live and work in with what we think of is the right mixture of city and countryside.
We have a varied caseload with the ability to work up cases in house and clinical freedom to do so. We are always looking to improve our standards with regular clinical meetings, journal club and CPD. We are always striving to improve our work life balance and the mental health of our team.
What we are looking for:

• 2 x part time Receptionist.
• Someone confident dealing with members of the public on the front line
• Positive team player.
• Organised and structured
• Good ability to manage time well.
• Passionate and the willingness to provide excellent client care.
• 2 x Part time positions consisting of:
• 14.75 hours per week including 2 x Saturdays in a 4 week period
• 15 hours per week including 1 full weekend in 4
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have excellent customer care skills.
• Keeping reception area clean and tidy at all times.
• Must have previous receptionist/administration experience.
• Must be very flexible to cover additional shifts for holiday and sickness, sometimes at short notice.
