Job Title: Executive Receptionist

Salary £23,500 to £25,000 starting salary plus great benefits

We have a new requirement for a professional and amicable executive receptionist to join our company on a permanent basis.

This role is primarily responsible for meeting and greeting guests at our busy London office. Ensuring calls are dealt with in a professional manner, diary management of meeting rooms and meeting management.

Daily Duties will include:
Meet and greet.
Answer calls efficiently.
Book meeting rooms.
Ownership of meeting room calendars.
Good Outlook
Set up meeting rooms and keep replenished.
Setting up Teams and assisting with connecting and disconnecting.
Sign in visitors.
Offer/make refreshments regularly.
Order lunches/pick up lunches as needed.
Order Stationary.
Order cleaning supplies.
Order refreshments.
Keep kitchen refreshments fully stocked.
Keep kitchen area and all surrounding area’s clean and tidy to a high standard at all times.
Admin duties, expenses, scanning, printing, post and filing etc.
Ad hoc duties.
Great time management.
Requirements
Smart attire, black and white.
Punctual, Professional and Pleasant.
Common Sense essential.
Eye for detail a must.
High energy and multi-tasking essential.
No two days can be the same.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
