Salary: up to GBP 30,000.00 gross per annum

A boutique Venture Capital firm is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering the doorbell and receive visitors by greeting and welcoming them followed by directing them to the corresponding office and announce them when appropriate
- Offering welcome drinks to the guests and replenishing when appropriate
- Provide customer support by answering the phone and replying to emails in a timely manner: screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails to the relevant person
- Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating deliveries and couriers
- Responsible for organizing inventory and stocking office supplies
- Photocopying, faxing, filing, printing and binding, keeping records of office expenses, sorting and distributing paperwork when necessary
- Maintain the office condition and arrange any necessary repairs with contractors when necessary
- Keep all the office equipment in check as well as order any necessary office supplies
- Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Arrange cleaning services as necessary ensuring the office is always immaculately clean and tidy
- Responsible for maintaining office security and communicating with the Operations Manager as needed
- Preparing meeting rooms for calls, board meetings, lunches, drinks or whatever occasion is needed according to the appropriate brief
- Arranging lunches and taxis for employees and guests as required
- Clearing the meeting rooms after meetings to ensure the office space is ready for the following meeting. In the event of in-house client breakfasts/lunches the Corporate Receptionist will be expected to lay the table and prepare the room for the service-style that is appropriate with the gathering
- Aids the Operations Manager in ensuring the Health and Safety Program is always adhered to by all Employees and guests
- Occasional running of personal tasks and errands requiring logistical support for CEO
- Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
Required Skills:
- Previous reception, front of house, office management experience
- Microsoft Office Proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Familiar with Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Exceptional Organizational skills

Salary: £21,850.82-£30,000.00 per year
