Full-time and part-time contract possible
Gross hourly salary - 11GBP + amazing benefits

What will I be doing as a receptionist?
- Providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests
- Performing smooth check-in and check-out for guests ensuring that our guests are responded to promptly and professionally at all times.
- Assisting with guest enquiries and resolving general complaints
- Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer.
- Working well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service and high team morale.
