Job Description
We're looking for a highly motivated individual to provide high quality reception / switchboard service to clients, visitors and employees.
What will you do?
- Receives and Welcomes visitors
- Receive incoming calls via switchboard and connects callers to relevant employees with the minimum of delay, this includes monitoring any recorded messages and screening calls where needed
- Accepts delivery of items and advises addressee/messenger for collection
- Process outgoing courier letters/parcels
- Take bookings of meeting rooms and setting up refreshments etc.
- Aid employees with meeting clients and welcoming to the area
- Ensure that the reception area and rooms are stocked with the relevant literature / paper / pens / refreshments
- Prepare hot & cold refreshments for meeting rooms and order food and drink for in-house meetings
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £26,258.94-£36,389.29 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
