This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week. With some Saturdays as required.
The University of Westminster has an exciting part time opportunity for an experienced receptionist to provide an effective, well-presented reception service at our vibrant campuses. As part of the Estates Planning & Services team you will ensuring a high quality customer experience and act as a first point of contact for enquiries.
Dealing with a variety of customers, you will have flexibility, patience and a customer focused attitude and be able to multi-task in a busy environment. You will have responsibility to ensure enquiries are dealt with in an efficient manner, explaining complex information clearly and directing users appropriately. You will process deliveries and prioritise daily tasks for the facilities staff, therefore good organisational skills are essential to assist in the coordination of key services to the site.
