Job description
1 x Veterinary Receptionist
rotating shift work weeks 9-5pm & 12-7-30pm
(May need to assist with Saturday Rota only to cover sick/annual leave. 10-4pm)
Come and join our lovely team!
We are a busy small animal practice that is open 6 days a week and our receptionists are key in providing the excellent client care we pride ourselves on. Our independent, caring, and friendly service has established us as a core part of the local community.
The successful candidates will need to have experience in a reception or customer service role. Previous veterinary clinic work or/animal handling experience is required.
Applicants must have good communication skills, proficient IT skills, an ability to remain calm under pressure and an excellent telephone manner. The role can be quite physical and demanding. You need to be fast on the computer and at multi-tasking! We will offer a supportive and friendly working environment.
We are keen to welcome VCA/CCA to our team that have already had prior experience/qualification in working in a veterinary clinic.
For further details send a CV/covering email that can be found on our website. Please ensure to leave a contact telephone number and mark the email for the attention of 'Hina'
Please DO NOT CALL the clinic at this stage as our telephone lines are currently receiving an unprecedented high number of calls.
Please note: It would be sensible for the candidate to take TRAVEL and DISTANCE to work location into strong consideration, working with animals is never a 9-5pm!! CLINIC post code is NW7 1HS
