Position: Front of House Host As a Front of House Host, you will be the welcoming face of our salon, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they step through our doors. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Welcoming Guests: Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, making them feel comfortable and at ease.
2. Appointment Management: Utilise our state-of-the-art booking system, Zenoti, to manage appointments efficiently and ensure a smooth flow of daily operations.
3. Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including managing phone calls, welcoming walk-ins, and assisting the salon team.
4. Customer Care: Demonstrate a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer care, actively listening to guests' needs, and addressing any inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
5. Team Support: Collaborate with our excellent team of stylists and assistant team to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, ideally within a salon or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with Zenoti or other salon booking systems is a plus, though training will be provided if necessary.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to remain composed under pressure.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- A true passion for delivering exceptional customer care and creating positive experiences for clients.
- A friendly, welcoming, and approachable personality.
